Refund Policy

Effective 20 May 2026

TL;DRCustom project work is refundable case-by-case based on what's been delivered. Platter subscriptions are non-refundable — but if a duplicate payment or technical error happens, we'll sort it out.

This Refund Policy applies to all services and products offered by Bitroot Powerhouse Pvt Ltd. It covers services provided through bitroot.org, platter.bitroot.org, and any related platforms.

1. Bitroot consulting & project services

  • Refund eligibility is decided case-by-case based on the signed Contract.
  • Refunds may be considered for work not yet commenced or deliverables not yet provided, subject to mutual agreement.
  • Once a milestone has been delivered and accepted, the corresponding payment is non-refundable.
  • If we fail to deliver what's in the Contract, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund at our discretion.
  • Any disputes will be resolved per the dispute-resolution terms in the applicable Contract.

2. Platter subscriptions

  • No refunds. Platter subscription payments are final.
  • No mid-term cancellations for a refund. Your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • One-time payments. No recurring charges unless you renew.
  • Plan changesdon't entitle you to a refund of the difference.

3. Payments

We use Razorpayfor domestic (INR) and international (USD) payments. We don't store card details.

4. Exceptions

Duplicate payments and technical errors are reviewed at our discretion — contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your transaction ID, receipt, and a description of the issue.
